Our Story
Founded in 2018, ALM Environmental has been at the forefront of promoting safe and sustainable engineering practices. Our founder, a passionate environmentalist, saw the need for a company that could help businesses reduce their environmental impact while still thriving economically, and also aid homeowners in navigating the difficulties of encountering asbestos lead or mold in their home. Our goal is to make these inconveniences as simple and pain free as possible. With the fines being levied by state enforcement agents you do not want to be in their crosshairs. Thats where we come in, specializing in asbestos project monitoring, asbestos inspections and Asbestos NonTraditional Workplans, as well as lead and mold and and wipe samples. We are here to ensure all work is done properly and all hazardous ⚠️ building materials have been properly removed and disposed from each site

At ALM Environmental, we are here to give customers the piece of mind that work contractors have done at their homes or properties have been thoroughly completed and is safe for occupancy
Also now with the state enforcing a lot of the laws dealing with asbestos and lead paint it is always better to get an inspection before and renovation or demolitions!! because ignorance is no excuse in the eyes of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MADEP), or any other state as the fines levied could put a halt to a remodel renovation or demo! So do the smart thing and call for your inspections FIRST!! And avoid the fines!
Also offered is the writing of asbestos nontraditional work plan. This is when normal means in methods will not suffice, and a asbestos project designer is required to make a work plan that is to be followed by the contractor under the supervision of the state
